I got tagged by Alice-in-Black This was hard work, answering all these questions about myself. I feel exposed.

1) What does your Deviantart name mean and why?

It’s short for Gaspode the Wonder Dog who is a character from Terry Pratchett’s Discworld novels. Why? Well, Gaspode is a bit of an anti-hero. Life regularly treats him rough and he tells himself he’s a cynic who doesn’t care. Inside though, he’s a marshmallow. Some nasty bugger had already taken the name so I added a random 5 at the end.

2) What fandom were you obsessed with when you joined and what are you into now?

Neverwinter Nights 1 and 2. Now it’s Dragon Age: Origins. Never liked DA2 and haven’t played Inquisition yet. I can feel some Witcher coming on though...

3) How many watchers do you have now?

Goes off to look… 90.

4) Name 3 of your favourite artists on DA

Oh dear lord! Ok, to narrow it down I will be strict and stick to artists. I have friends and artist/friends here but to choose three amongst them would be impossible. Sorry guys! So here are simply three of the many artists I admire from afar:

6) Do you participate in clubs' contests here on dA?

Very rarely. I work too slow and seem to get less and less free time.

7. What is your most popular submission?

The most viewed one is ‘Bishop and Karnwyr - Time Out’ but it’s also one of my oldest so it’s probably more a sign of how long it’s been around. Of the newer images ‘I will never hurt you...’ has a ridiculous amount of viewings compared to most of my images.

8. What are your favorite non-anime TV shows?

Battlestar Galactica (the new one)

9. What are the things you wish you could draw better?

Everything! Ok, anatomy is my greatest downfall.

10. Summer or winter?  

Both, at least at home in northern Sweden. In Ireland there is really no difference.

11. Rain or Sun?

Both.

12. What's your favourite type of music?

All of them, except Club, Country, Rap and the more extreme sub genres of Heavy Metal. I’m not overly fond of modern Jazz either.

13. PC or Mac

PC. Mac’s gives me a terrible rash.

14. Anime or Manga?

Neither

15. Coke or Pepsi?

In my own small way I try to make the world a better place by boycotting both.

Read

17. How many hours a day do you spend on dA?

On average, about twenty minutes. I just don’t have the time any more. Waaaah!

Both, depends on how the tools are used.

20. What is your favorite fast food restaurant?

Um, oh dear, fast food… Borza does a mean Fish n’ Chips and they have a few restaurants around the place.

Here we go again. I read so much… Anything by Terry Pratchett, Tove Jansson and Robin Hobb. Then there are of course so many classics… aaaargh!

Did I mention that I listen to a LOT of music? Eva Dahlgren, Pink Floyd, The Waterboys.

Medium to fast but not professional level.

I try for every day but I do miss an occasional one.

No but I’m impressed with the amount of skill and effort others invest in it.

In my early years yes. I hated it.

Many times. It takes three days to get from Ireland to Northern Sweden by boat and train.

Yes.

Love ice skating.

The Swedish mountains.

Yes, as an extra in a film when I still thought I could make a living as an actress.

Read in a hot bath, or if I have access to one, a sauna.

Oh dear, that was a long time ago...um...might have been ‘The Desolation of Smaug’
